This location is the absolute WORST!!!! Two different experiences of ordering online for an in store pickup and have waited 3 days or more for my order to be completed! You shouldn’t have to call a store to find out they have not even pulled any online order for the past days and there’s not even an apology! Management SUCKS and evidently all associates that work at this location are incompetence and may need to take some additional training on how to successfully run a store!

The store was extremely clean! The manager and other employees were EXTREMELY helpful and even gave me a discount on an unmarked item! They also showed their personalities which always makes a shopping experience wonderful. I purchased about $120 worth of clothes because they did such a great job aiding me in my “splurging” endeavors! The store was closed at 5:20 pm and had a sign that break was over at 5:45? When I come back at 5:45 there's 5 employees all behind the desk. Did they all take their break at the same? If so, that's unprofessional & completely unacceptable. Also, I said I was there to do a return & their "return system was down."
