Later this week I went to go test my pool water. When I got there deliha was the one that assisted me. She was very rude to my mother. My mother was talking in Spanish and she was being very racist towards her. She was saying that she did not feel comfortable assisting us and she began to argue with mom and saying that she does not feel comfortable of her speaking Spanish. I feel like this is unacceptable because I feel like costumers should not be treated that way. This was the worst experience that we had at oasis.

Warning - there is a major, dangerous design flaw in Tropitone Kenzo outdoor furniture! On both our loveseat and swivel chair, after only minimal and reasonably gentle use for only a couple of seasons, a bolt holding the seats broke in half, sending sharp metal flying across our porch. Fortunately, the first time it happened, it missed hitting our daughter's face. She could've been severely injured if it had hit her. Oasis was responsive the first time this happened and they worked with Tropitone to replace the loveseat, but with a $150 shipping fee. When the new loveseat eventually arrived, it was apparent Tropitone realized there was a problem because the design had been modified, with extra aluminum support under the bolts. The following season, it happened with my husband in our swivel rocker, the sharp end of a bolt slamming against our porch screen. (Note- we are all relatively thin people, so not a weight issue.) We contacted Oasis again who informed us Tropitone would replace the chair but was requiring a ridiculous $400 "shipping fee." We could buy an entirely new chair frame for that amount! So, in actuality, Tropitone doesn't truly stand behind its warranty. In our opinion, this furniture with the original design and/or weak bolts should be recalled and at the least, replace broken furniture for no charge to the customer. There is also a very loud, unfixable squeak that developed in our rocker within the first few months of use. Very disappointed.

Bought a cantilever umbrella by Galtech from this company about three years ago. Two year warranty. Went out the other week to raise the umbrella and the entire unit dropped and just hung there. Only thing keeping it from hitting the ground was the fabric holding the ribs. Wife called Oasis and the lady did not know anything about repairing it. Broken cable. Said she would ask and call her back. This was a few Fridays ago. Still have not heard back. I wrote Galtech explaining what happened And I needed a replacement cable and instructions on replacing. They sent email back saying they did not have replacement cables or instructions as everything was manufactured oversea. No excuse. Over $1500.00 spent and got three years use. What a POS and poor customer service. Never again.

Very nice furniture, very pricey, but then everything is getting that way. Also a very long lead time for delivery, up to 4 months. Very nice sales people to help with your decision, not at all pushy.

Bought a South Seas Spa at Oasis Outdoor that was delivered about 3 months ago. Sales team was excellent with no pressure and answered our numerous questions graciously. Spa was delivered and set up with no issues at all (delivered to backyard, hooked up, filled and initial chemicals added). Since delivery the store has answered all our chemical treatment questions and when I had an issue with the tub sent a tech the very next day. There are lots of hot tub stores around Charlotte but I really recommend Oasis. This store stands behind there product and have their own employees to install and service the tubs (instead of sub contacting). Great service all around and super friendly staff.They become Peppermint Forest around the holidays and we were so impressed with the service we bought a Christmas tree from them as well!

After much research, we purchased a Pelican Bay by Artesian spa 10 years ago. The buying experience was seamless. Mike is very knowledgeable and the store stands behind their sales. Anytime we have had an issue, they are quick to respond, and repairs are done quickly. If you are in the market for a spa, look no more and go to the professionals. You won't be disappointed!

AMAZING SERVICE! From the day I began shopping for a spa, which was 2 years ago, Oasis employees in Charlotte, NC have been great to work with. The sales representative was informative, friendly and not overly pushy as some other locations were. They delivered the spa timely and even set everything up with a tutorial of spa care. I went back multiple times to ask questions and had water tested to make sure everything was going well and the store employees were still extremely friendly and helpful. I recently had an issue with a part and fortunately it was covered by warranty. They came out to my home within 24 hours and replaced the part free of charge without any hassle at all! I would most definitely recommend Oasis Outdoor to anyone in the market for a pool, spa or anything else they provide outdoor related. Thanks again for the continued great customer service!
