I live in York, I have had a difficult time finding a reliable and knowledgeable spa technician to service my 6 person Caldera Spa. I was happy when I first called Mister Spas, and that they send repair persons here to York, even though they are based in Pineville. I was set up for an appointment in very short time, the man called before he came to confirm and when he got here, he knew exactly what the problem was and went to his stocked van and came back with the correct part, a recirculating pump and in less than an hour from start to finish, JOB DONE. Reasonable rates and good work. Now almost a year later, I have another problem, and called, and was told I would be called back with a day and time for the repair man to come. Today, I received a call from the office from a very personable man who said he was calling to check on whether my spa was going to be ok with the extreme cold expected. He asked if it was full, where it was located, was it on a slab or ? and other questions. When I told him it is on a semi enclosed porch attached to the house, it was full, and I had placed a big thermal blanket over it to perhaps add some added protection. I also said the cover was fairly new and nice and tight. He said that HE would have come out when the office closed and drain it, if it was low on water or not in a reasonably protected place. I was astounded that I got this call which showed me that he was concerned for the welfare of my rather expensive unit. He then said, the brand Caldera is a well made and well insulated spa and that he felt we would be ok. Strangely enough my partner and I were having a discussion of how difficult it is to get ANY trades to come and fix most things, such as electrical, plumbing and other home issues. They usually do not return calls, don't show up for appointments and have no follow up apology for this lack of customer service! The man at Mister Spa restored a bit of hope with his phone call today and I will be staying with this business as long as my spa lives! Kudos to Mister Spa for excellent customer service in a day and time where most consumers are wondering what happened to good tradesmen! By all means call Mister Spa of Pineville for all your spa issues.

It is smart to know what features you "need" to have during your hot tub search. There are many options out there. I highly recommend searching other retailers, then go to Kevin at Mister Spas in Pineville, NC. This way you know you're making the right choice for you and your family. Kevin is fair, honest and dependable. He doesn't get your money and forgets about you. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satified with your purchase. I forgot to mention, his hot tubs are premium quality. We love ours! Best of luck!

These guys are the best. They came at the exact time that they scheduled. The crew did a fabulous job. They made sure that we understood the care and maintenance of our new spa before they left. They went above and beyond by repairing a downspout that had been inaccessible until they removed our old unit. I even received a follow up phone call from the owner the next day. I can't brag enough on Kevin and his crew!

Highly recommended! Great service and communication. No one had to be home in order for the repairs to take place which was a huge plus so that I didn’t have to take off work. They are also very efficient, I was worried when I heard they have a hourly labor rate but the repair to my spa was completed in less than 1 hour! Overall I’m very pleased with Mister Spas and will be using them again in the future for any spa repairs or needs!

Bought the Nordic Crown xl from Sylvia and had to wait a few weeks to have it delivered to get a concrete pad poured. They held onto it without a problem. When I was ready, Kevin and the crew brought it out in a timely manner and hooked it all up and filled it. Had a problem with the tub on start up, but they went back to the store and had it resolved in a matter of a couple hours. Outstanding experience!

Make sure to ask for Kevin or SylviaUpdate: 2 years later: We sold our home and couldn't take the hottub we bought from Mr Spas. Second time around was just as good as the first if not better.
