Very bad attention from the girl who is answering. I needed a third line and she denied it. I wanted to make a new account with a separate line. I told her no, thank you, I had to change my two lines and the 3rd to AT&T.

I received excellent service from the two ladies at this store. They even have a new discount plan that they told me about and I qualified for. I was very happy with my service at this location.

If I couldn't give a star, I wouldn't! I went today 08/28 at 12:25 pm and was very poorly attended by an employee super disinterested in attending to my family, she only responded by shaking her head, and we wanted 4 new lines !! we left the store without a cell phone !! terrible service !!
