“Came to pick up and alter a rental suit for an upcoming wedding. I’m a woman and part of the groomsparty so I’m wearing the same suit as everyone else. I was already nervous about this. When I arrived , I noticed Kiana and went to her for assistance. She was amazing - kind, helpful and warm! All of the other staff were friendly and helpful as well. And I was surprised at how well the suit fit!

I was there for over an hour, and tried on almost every flared Jean in my size, but Maria always had another pair for me to try and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. They were delightful, and SO polite. They hyped me up and gave me the confidence to wear something so beautifully picked out, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had, even trying their best to find items in my size! It was a wonderful experience, and I can't give them enough praise. The location is amazingly stocked, the displays are beautiful and organized, and it was just a wonderful environment to be in! “I came in here with a friend with no intentions of making a purchase. However, I found a pair of Ariat Chelsea boots that I fell in love with. Jacob was so helpful in leading me to the perfect boot in terms of style and comfort. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was helped at purchase by the manager (Ken) who was patient with me explaining how to get rewards points on my next purchase even though it was nearing the end of his work day.
