Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Daniel was SO helpful and knowledgeable. Walked out with a Cx5 that I’m in love with (and so are my dogs) and got a super fair value for my trade in. Cannot recommend Mazda of South Charlotte enough!

Save yourself some time and got to mazda gastonia or Keffer Mazda. South Mazda will not negotiate pricea and are priced much higher.
Spoke to Nayeli about a used car via text
Gave her my clear parameters about what I was looking for. She assured me that I should come in and they could help me. When I came in, the salesman, Peter, was assigned to me. That's where the real experience begins. Long story short he told me they can't help me. I asked if they were willing to put some numbers together on a car and he said no. Then proceeded to explain to me like I was a child about taxes and fees. I asked why the internet specialist told me they could help me when they really couldn't. He then says that is their job and they are told by management to say that and they are commissioned based on how many people they get through the door. He then gets upset when I ask to speak to a manager and proceeds to yell and curse at.
After a very nice and honest dude by the name of Zach or Nick (can't remember) sits down with me and goes over numbers. At the end of the day they were not able to help me OR come close to numbers I got from Mazda Gastonia, Keffer Mazda or Maxda of Spartanburg. I know the car buying experience is never fun but this was unacceptable.
