The Store Manager Alex is awesome. I never shopped at any business with this kind of customer service. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was awesome and hopefully someone important will see this so they compensate and commend his work.

Great experience shopping for 2 twin box springs.Alex at Matteress firm was kind & professional. Had low inventory so sent me around the corner to get from their larger store. Both Alex & Larry were professional & knowledgable. Easy transaction. Helped with loading in car. I will return! Best service! Have purchased another bed(sleepy brand ) there. Highly recommend them. ?

Cliff provided a welcoming environment, and his product knowledge helped me to find the best fit for me. I was in and out of the store with a new mattress, and base to be delivered and installed two days later. Excellent experience.
