My dog decided to chew my on Silhouette glasses! I took my glasses to LensCrafters at Carolina Place mall and they were able to attach the ear piece! I waited maybe 10 minutes.

Alicia was so amazing! I stopped needing for my glasses to be adjusted. She took care of me right on the spot. Fixed my glasses and cleaned them instantly. I feel so much better with specs sitting on my nose lol. Thank you Alicia and thank you LensCrafters!!!

I walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by a girl (didn’t get her name), as she was in the middle of working on something. She was very friendly and told me someone would be right with me. Within 5 minutes, William was available. He quickly popped the lenses out of my broken eyeglass frames and put them in new frames. Excellent work William - Thank You!!

The only adequate experience at this LensCrafters was the eye exam. Customer service was deplorable. First of all, you have to call to question about your contacts, no one will reach out to you otherwise. My daughter's contact order was never placed after her exam. She was supposed to receive samples, which should already be available in the office, within one week of her exam. She didn't receive her samples until nearly 7 weeks after her exam after repeated calls by us to check on what the issue was. Call after call we were assured by the manager that she is on top of order but the reality was the opposite. Employees have no idea what they are doing probably because of poor management. Never again will I even attempt to use this facility. Do not recommend!

Fantastic service! Had a lens come out and Kelly spent about 30 minutes to get it back in correctly. I bought these frames from Lens Crafters but at a different location. Up and beyond the the call of duty! Thank you for your service.
