It's okay between wash and to vacuum out your car your paying the same as you would at a drive thru. Also be cautious the machine took my quarters and it didn't count them and no one is on site to give change back if it's taken

Just went through their automatic wash and when the bar came around the back of my Jeep it didn’t go far enough over and drug it all the way down the passenger side of my Jeep twice! Scratched my rear door and front fender ? No one around to talk to about it except a phone number. I called the number and spoke with a lady that said she would see if she had an attendant to come out but being my lunch hour, I had to go back to work and couldn’t wait. She told me she would have someone call me… still waiting on that call.
Update* spoke with a man who was willing to help although was unavailable both times we had planned to meet up to look at my car. He said to get an estimate and send it over but my schedule has been crazy and haven’t had the time to go. My husband is going to see if he can buff it out. So yes they were willing to make it right but didn’t make a great effort to meet me to see the damage. I won’t be using this car wash ever again.

One of the most disappointing and expensive washes of my 42 years washing vehicles. Little to no soap or pressure Aunt. It took 15 seconds or more to get transitioned over to the next phase of wash. All that accumulates time and I had to end up washing our minivan with two cycles which made it not worth just go through an automatic car wash. When you look at how low the pressure was with a special nozzle on a garden hose, you can get the same pressure. I still have bug and bug residue on the front of my car. And when you look at vacuums $2.50 for 4 minutes is kind of a lot. So I had to vacuum three cycles in order to get our van done. I will not be going back ever for any of my vehicles. Moving forward I will choose something else or even pay autobell to do it. All I'm asking is you give people what they pay for Aunt. A lot of other car washes are a bit more liberal with their chemicals and pressure and times

Have seen this place go down the tubes over the past six months. Just spent money and got nothing out of it, tire cleaner just air, foam brush just dry bristles can’t stand paying for nothing. I left with a dirty vehicle and not to mention the pressure on the gun is way low. Would have been better off using hose.

It is a fast place to wash cars. I use the sprayer type wash so I can spray the dirt out from under the hood.

self wash is good but payment method is terrible, i was thinking that after they charged me 5$ initially increment will be only 1$ after next swipe but in the statement i see they charged me 5$, so total 10$ so better use quarters i guess than credit card

As car washes go, everything on hand and working well. One star off because of the payement system: when using credit card, a swipe gets you $5 of time, then you need to swipe each time in $1 increments. If you're too late, you're on for a new $5 withdrawl. Not convenient

My only complaint is that a hose supplying foam came loose and was spewing foam from the top. Overall, a clean and well operating facility that I will visit again.
