I recently visited Snipes and had a disappointing experience. The music playing in the store was extremely vulgar, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay and make a purchase. I was unable to fully enjoy my time there and couldn't even buy the shoes I had intended to. I hope they consider playing more appropriate music in the future to create a more pleasant shopping environment.

They sold us B grade or used AF ones to my 8 year old! I was not there when he bought them he went school shopping with his God parents, so when I saw it two days later before he ever took them out the box I tried taking them back. The store associate told us they couldn’t take them back bc they didn’t know if we bought them that way or if they really sold them to us I’m that condition. The associate told me to drive back to the store the following day to speak to the district manager, who would be present. I declined, because not only were they wasting my time, but I felt disrespected as they sold my child a product they would not exchange without getting a dm’s approval then basically called me a liar when I brought them the issue to rectify. I also sent a notification to customer service for someone to reach out no response. Never again.

Don’t go to this store if you want to return an online purchase. In the year 2023, this particular store doesn’t have the ability to process an online return. Then you have the option of shipping the item off (paying for shipping) or driving across-town to North Lake. Because this store can’t handle a return. Makes you rethink about shopping here. A return process shouldn’t be this complicated.

Stood in line for 3 hours just to be told that the line order didn’t matter for a shoe release . An employee threatened to catch a 4th attempted murder charge, when the manager of the store told people waiting in line to bum rush employees instead of having people lined up come in one by one. Also employees charge extra money before the release of the shoe to “guarantee” your pair but don’t hold up their word. They also make you buy accessories before you can purchase your shoes, but if they try this just return them after because you aren’t required to do that.

Waited 3 hours for lost n founds.. they wrote down names and said they have enough, they proceeded to back door all the pairs and give one to one person in line.
