Micia cut my hair yesterday and I love it! She did exactly what I wanted, great conversation and the salon is clean and very chill, relaxed atmosphere. Great salon in the heart of downtown Pineville! I will be back! Thank you!

Olga was just amazing! I went in to cut my hair for a donation to “Wigs for Kids”, and she had experience doing this and gave me a beautiful cut. I’ll be returning regularly for her services.

When it comes to hair stylists, I only trust one person with my hair. Bridget is amazing, and I always leave her chair feeling confident and my hair looking amazing. I found Bridget in a salon in the mall, and when I moved to Texas for a brief time, when I needed a trim, always booked a flight home to visit my family and made an appointment to see her! When she was moving to Heirloom, she gave me her card so I knew where to find her. Now that I'm back home, making regular appointments to see her is a must. Salon is super clean and welcoming.

I had a very pleasant experience here! I was in town for work and needed a highlight touch up and a cut. Haley was professional and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was very home as well!!

Kim Brown - awful. Awful. It’s her attitude, not how she does hair because I can’t vouch for that, I used Julia and she was amazing. But the horrible service with Kim, I’ll certainly never go back ? sucks for good hairdressers at the salon, and I know she is the owner’s sister. Went in as a first timer after passing this salon multiple times over the years. SO glad I came in. Julia did such a beautiful job with my blonde and the service and experience was wonderful ? Highly recommend stopping in!!!

I was thrilled to get my first haircut in 1.5 years and made the appt here for 2 weeks after my 2nd dose. I arrived and was shocked to find at least 2 employees (one seemed to be a manager or owner?) completely maskless. I was instantly uncomfortable and anxious but went ahead with the cut since my stylish had a face shield, I am vaccinated, and was wearing a proper mask. Had I known this salon would be so careless with their customer's health, safely, and comfort I would have gone elsewhere. I simply made the appt because it's where I went before Covid. If you take science, and respect for human life seriously do not go to this salon. Even if the employees were vaccinated it's risky to be maskless indoors. As for the cut, it was barely enough to be called a trim. I'm used to a stylist checking in about length etc and mine hardly spoke a word once it began.
