I was on a furniture hunt trying to take advantage of Labor Day sales when I found myself in the Havertys Furniture Store in Pineville. Fortunately, I had Scot to help me. Scot spent so much time with me and helped me make good decisions. He is professional - but also funny and friendly. I had a really great experience with Havertys. Thank you Scot !!!

Mrs. Tammy was very helpful when my fiancé and I came into the Pineville location to look at bedroom furniture. She went out of her way to ask the manager about the lowest price possible on a display suite we were interested in and also printed off copies of all the furniture (with pricing) we liked the most so we could discuss it further at home.

Our sales representative Scot provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond. Scot, store manager and his colleague took the time to explain the differences between several mattresses and best foundation for us. This was a great experience for us.

Paul Campion is a great salesman. He answered all my questions and explained the protectionplan to me in detail. The chairs were on mask order but he gave me several updates on when the table would be ready for pick up. I highly recommend him. It was a great experience. I hate pushy sales associates and will leave and go to another store just for that reason. I recommend Paul and Haverty's.

Upon entry into the store we were greeted by Ms. Rebee Shaw, she put us at ease by letting us know she was here to help us and that she did! She was very professional and gave us different options on furniture and she also ran the different payment options that will satisfy us. She was very warm and courteous and that's how you retain customers. She should always be the fresh caring face of Haverty's.....Thanks for the experience Rebee!

We had been to several other furniture stores to find the perfect couch, but weren't totally satisfied until we met Francisco (Frankie!) Molina. He was friendly, thoughtful, generous with his time and participated in every step of the way designing the perfect couch, ottoman and cushions for my condo. In fact, he selected one of the fabrics for a pillow that will forever be called, "The Frankie Pillow" to anyone that sits on my new couch. Whenever I'm ready to buy anything else for furniture in my home, I will call Frankie first. Couldn't be happier with the service, kindness and care that went into this purchase.
