They are never open when you need them to be. Closed the store for over an hour on weekends. Went there today and they had a sign that said out from 3:30 to 4:55! The mall closes at 6. Absolutely ridiculous—was sent from another location and drove just for them to be closed. Need to hire more or new employees.

Me and my gf really love seeing Dominick at this location, he is always really sweet, interesting and you can tell he really cares about the customers and his job. Highly recommend going here just for him.

My 13 year old was just ripped off by them. He bought a headset with warranty yesterday and was told it would work with his console. Well he just opened it to try to get it to connect but it would not. Went to get a refund and they won't refund the money. We had already bought him would before going back to game stop before returning thinking they would refund his money but noooo! They told him it would work so why can they not refund his money. Letd not forget we have to drive at least an hour to get to one of these stores.

Great store! Glad GameStop is still around! I enjoy all my Pro member rewards, it's really worth it if you purchase a lot of items GameStop sells. The buy 2 get 1 Pokémon card pack deals are great! Staff in this location are friendly and professional. Store is clean and organized and stocked nicely.

I tried to buy one cheap game (under $10), and the employee kept accosting me about renewing my Pro membership. I told him no multiple times, and he then proceeded to ring me up and tried adding the renewal without me noticing during the checkout process. Very shady. Please make sure to check your bill on the screen before swiping your card at this location.
