They have a mess. Everything is out of order and sitting around in shopping carts and clothes racks are super tight to get by. I waited in line 35 minutes due to only having 2 cashiers and they had to wait 10 minutes on a manager to come up front for other customers. Had I not needed the items, I would have left.

Went back today May 24,2024 & purchased these lovely lamps for a phenomenal price & some pink pans amongst other beautiful things ! Will shop here a lot ! ?, I would like to thank Gabe's for responding to both reviews ? Annette ? My experience in the beginnings with Annette was really good however, after having her ask me to hand her a bottle of peach tea , crack it open , sip it and then charge me for it
Was totally inappropriate as my hubby explained!!! I never knew until just nowy hubby was so disturbed by Annette's despicable behavior that he wrote a review about it !!! O also stood before one of the managers prior to this visit and gave Annette 10.00 & urged her to go have lunch as I thought she was so deserving of a something special that day being as professional and kind as she was . I'm sorry but , did to the incident with the bottle of tea she changed toy bill without my behest , Annette has Tainted every good thing I thought of her ! I have since scaled back considerably withy shopping at Gabe's and it's sad because I really love your store ! No wonder I felt so much tension when last I visited in June . I do say you haveany great employees in your Pineville NC store and thank you from the both of us for responding! I will definitely reach out to your your regional manager before entering your store again as I don't feel comfortable anymore due to this particular incident seeing as that I used to shop at Gabe's 2 to 3 times weekly .We are so sorry things are not as they were in the beginning and would like to come to a resolve so that no one is uncomfortable or uneasy ! My fiancé frequents here . A worker in the store asked her to give her a bottle of peach ? tea from the soda refrigerator then added the 2.19 to our bill ! She said she was so thirsty and would pay her back later ! Inappropriate behavior!! I told my fiancé she needs to report her ! The worker’s name is Annette! Who does this?? Gabe’s needs to get a hold of their employees! My fiancé is very generous but this is unacceptable!!!

Just spent 20 minutes in the store, found so many cute things to buy. I went to dressing room and was told it was closed and then was told not to leave the clothes on the counter there in the dressing room, I was told to put it all back. So rude.

I have been a long time Gabe's shopper period I was shocked today to find out that they would not Stand By a product that I bought PERIOD I bought a Suitcase that tore on the 2nd day of I tried to Return it and the manager said no. it had a sticker on it.We quit using it the day that we saw that it was tearing. Obviously I will never shop there again. I was completely disappointed that they would not stand by their own products. She did not even try to work with me.She just flatly said no.
