“Great service. Was given a delivery window of 11am-3pm and they made contact just before 11 and arrived around 1130. The 2 gentleman were both very professional but also very friendly, kind of guys you could be friends with. I regret forgetting their names they both deserve recognition. Hopefully my dryer doesn't break like my washer did but if it does I'll definitely choose queen city audio and appliances again they are great”

“This place is the best! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! We’d driven almost an hour to find out the living room set we wanted had already been sold. We were really disappointed so I wanted to see if they had any other deals that may still be within our budget, but Jennifer at the front desk was so kind to take the time to help find what we wanted for the price we could afford. We couldn’t have been happier. We’d just moved into a new house and with the cost of everything lately it has been harder than I would’ve imagined, so it’s refreshing to go somewhere that actually meet your expectations as far as affordability and quality, with excellent customer service as well. “Bought a South Seas Spa at Oasis Outdoor that was delivered about 3 months ago. Sales team was excellent with no pressure and answered our numerous questions graciously. Spa was delivered and set up with no issues at all (delivered to backyard, hooked up, filled and initial chemicals added). Since delivery the store has answered all our chemical treatment questions and when I had an issue with the tub sent a tech the very next day. There are lots of hot tub stores around Charlotte but I really recommend Oasis. This store stands behind there product and have their own employees to install and service the tubs (instead of sub contacting). Great service all around and super friendly staff.They become Peppermint Forest around the holidays and we were so impressed with the service we bought a Christmas tree from them as well!”
