Kids Foot Locker is one of the widest selections of children's name brand sneakers in Charlotte. The store is not crowded, except on weekends and Sundays, making it easy to receive service. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Online orders may arrive wrong, but the staff will exchange shoes and be kind. Prices are good, and customers plan to return for a purchase.
I ordered something online and it came in wrong. I called Robin in Pineville, she was so helpful. Exchanged my shoes in the store and was so kind.

The ladies in there today were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I haven’t received this type of great customer service in years, and I didn’t even buy anything. I will go back for sure to make a purchase.
