I tried to do a return a week later with the same person I bought the shoes from. My aunt who is a senior citizen list the receipt and they will not allow any type of exchange. This was our second pair we purchased in the last 2 weeks and no one has asked for an email or phone number.

Upon entering in the Carolina Place Mall Finish Line we seen 3 of the same shoes priced at $160, $160, & $70. We were assisted by a sales associate and she seen the shoes pricing as well. We told her the sizes we wanted and she then proceeded to speak with a member of her management. After going to retrieve the 3 pairs of the Nike Air 97 and we tried them on the associate rung up one pair. She stated rhe total price was $168.**. My mother in law asked what happened to the $70 price. The manager who spoke with us stated the shoe was missed marked. This was never told to us prior to retrieving the shoes from the back that the shoes were at the $160 price. We were then approached by another employee who failed to properly explain what should have taken place. It just really is sad where this Finish Line has a group of ignorant Black humans working with the public Very disrespectful and inappropriately dressed for the business. I saw this man with no work outfit on, I believe he was the manger or boss or something because he was being incredibly disrespectful to this young girl. This man needs to be out !!! We have to protect our babies

The guy that answers the phone/runs the raffles need to lighten up... understand that it's a big drop...people are going to call. Don't hate life. Guy just hung up on me after taking down my number smh.

Same customer service from over 4 years ago absolutely horrible. Attitudes towards the customers and all while on the phone using profanity on a personal call very unprofessional and shameful. Customers have the right to ask about the products they are buying without being met with a childish adolescent like attitude. Eye rolling. My toddlers don't act this way. I will choose to shop elsewhere from now on and not deal with that.

I really appreciated the assistance I received from this store last week. The manager went above and beyond when I returned Jordan’s. Let’s remember retail employees are coming back to more work and less hours/money. Kindness and gratitude required.
