Don’t trust these people they over charge and when I go complain they still don’t give me the right change these people need to learn how to do math first

I tried to do a return a week later with the same person I bought the shoes from. My aunt who is a senior citizen list the receipt and they will not allow any type of exchange. This was our second pair we purchased in the last 2 weeks and no one has asked for an email or phone number.
