Amy Ellis is top notch. I am purchasing furniture for my entire house and she has remembered every conversation and sent me ideas within 24 hrs of each meeting. She helped me design my formal living room and even came to my house to make sure the custom chairs I ordered would match the rug I purchased.
She's extremely communicative and furniture arrived early. I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Shari Hammel and Ethan Allen was refreshing. From our initial showroom drop in, to Shari’s in home design consultation…to the perfectly tailored family room that Shari presented to us, we couldn’t be happier. Shari listened to our unique tastes, and masterfully translated that feedback into an amazing room of furniture and decor that we are excited to enjoy for years to come. We had a wonderful experience!!
We built a new house and needed furniture for the whole first floor and Joel worked with us to make that happen.
He came out to measure, took pictures, and put together ideas to make the flow of the rooms work. He has an eye for detail and patterns!!
He also helped us with some other spaces we were stuck on, even if we didn’t end up getting the items at Ethan Allen.
You will love the end results!!!!!!

My husband and I hadn’t bought a sofa in 20 years. We had the most wonderful designer help us navigate fabrics, colors and cushions, etc. She even came to our home so that we could see the actual fabric samples in our lighting. Amy Ellis in the Pineville, NC store went above and beyond. She was so patient. We absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a designer to help you make a decision for something you’ll be happy with.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience at Ethan Allen in Pineville NC. Our design specialist, Pam Rogers, shared suggestions throughout the selection process and her ideas reflected an excellent eye for style, layout & colors. We did not feel pressured by Pam, in fact just the opposite. I really appreciated her patience & support.
Ethan Allen stands behind their furniture, one of the cushions had an irregular seam. A lot of people would not have noticed, but i did. Pam advocated on our behalf and ethan allen did what was necessary so we would be completely satisfied. The entire team at Ethan Allen made me feel valued. I waited to write this review until we had a chance to really experience the furniture. We are very impressed with the quality of each piece. The frames are sturdy and the materials are durable- we could not have asked for more.

Arrogant, over priced and money-grubbing. Ethan Allen's company culture has a feel that they believe customers are lucky to be able to shop there. The furniture is overpriced. Delivery charges are certainly overpriced, they require down payments months in advance of producing the furniture, and then demand the remainder on a credit card before they even schedule to put it in on
the delivery truck, and without the customer even seeing the furniture. When the furniture is not what was promised, they have your money and will make no concessions to make it right. These people could take a lesson from Home Depot and Lowes on how to keep customers coming back. Save yourself heartburn and buy furniture from a company that values and wants to keeps it's customers. Never again will I buy from Ethan Allen, and the store manager should really reevaluate her customer service skills.
