“I found what I was looking for.This store is usually much cleaner than other Dollar Trees. The staff is always helpful. My cashier this evening was incredible. She was all about service with a smile. They were very busy, but she was helpful, happy, and quick. She should get a raise!”

“Nice Dollar Tree and go here often but more and more it seems that the old southern white lady that drives the beat up Ford Taurus has been having attitudes with the customers. I noticed this started happening when they put in the self checkouts. She gets very short fused if a customer has problems using the self checkout or if a customer wants something like a balloon. This is the reason why I took off one star other than that it’s a nice Dollar Tree to frequent.”
“Went to Dollar Tree on South Blvd where I used to live for the 1st time in awhile. It was so well organized, clean & easy to find everything. I was very impressed & will come there more often even though I no longer live in that area. It was pleasant to shop there it would be worth the trip!”
“I really enjoy this Dollar General! I just moved in the area and I enjoy crafting and being able to pick up something quick. This dollar general is always festive, organized and cleaaaaannn. “I had the opportunity to visit this store as a vendor over the weekend and I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall staff in the store. The shift manager Matthen, introduced himself promptly and helped me to get set up. The store was prepared for my visit unlike other retailers. Soon after, I had the opportunity to meet another manager Shahia, and she was also nice. This particular store is the true essence of a "Family Dollar". The employees seem to have great rapport with the customers and knew them by names. On my return today- I met Steve, the actual store manager and I could see immediately why this store is successful - Great leadership. I watched him engage customers professionally as well as working alongside his team to complete tasks in the store. Most of the patrons seem to shop this store frequently! If you're in the area this is definitely your go to store!”
“I love coming to this store. It's a tough store to keep organized given the area. The manager is a tall bald man, and though I haven't gotten his name, he recognizes me and is super kind and polite to everyone in the store. That guy is great, and this is my home store for good reasons.”
“One of the strangest layouts for a dollar general that I have ever been to. It can be difficult to find the items that you are looking for at times. The store is very clean and very stocked when you find what you are looking for and there is usually not too long of a line.”

“I can not remember the last time I was in a dollar tree and man do I not know why I don't come more often. Door is super cute for inexpensive holiday decoration. In Oct, they had Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Stock up for cold weather with Fuzzy socks, little black gloves that you always lose anyway.”

“If customers understand what short staff means. If you don’t like the service you can go to another store. If there’s no employees to put the truck up then the merchandise is going to be low stock. If they are close is for a reason. If you are unemployed and need a job the apply there and start making the difference but you can’t talk about something you don’t know. And for the lady that said that there were like 6 employees talking trash about the manager there’s not that much employees at that store so that’s a lie. Keep it real and be understanding too.”
“More often than not, well stocked and easy to find most items; from general housekeeping to health and beauty, to some grocery. If you're not terribly picky, you can find the basic items here.My only criticism is the location does need more people as there were some boxes left on the floor. Family Dollar is hiring so hopefully that can be done soon.”

“Anthony was incredibly helpful this morning. I keep seeing a homeless woman who used to carry her belongings in an old baby stroller but lately she has been carrying all her things in bags. I stopped in to buy her a shopping cart. Anthony took the time to put the cart together for me. He was so helpful and took time out of his busy morning to help with such a pleasant demeanor. Give that man a bonus and promotion!”
“I went in about almost closing for dog food, every other store kept meeting at the door saying there were closed when the sigh had a different hour listed (ummmm yea)with a nasty attitude as if I did something., I'd say find another job if ur miserable.for the company to have a person in that manner is not good for business (way to go employee of the month (DG Store).
But not the lady at family dollar . She helped me regardless of how tired she felt with a smile . Thank u I appreciate you.. I wish I would of gotten her name. It happen so fast.

“I went to DG with my mom in the afternoon and I was having some trouble connecting/logging into the DG app to clip coupons for my purchase for that day. I had a wonderful interaction with one of the cashier's who honored the coupon and took her time to search and add that coupon into our purchase. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name but I am super grateful for her!”

I literally walked in and became a little confused about which DT I was at!!!Super clean, organized, and when a long line formed, a code 3 was called and two more cashiers came out and cleared the line!! If you've ever been there before, you know how it was...I had completely stopped going there but had to pick up a couple things and was in the area--what a pleasant surprise!!Great job Monica and staff!! ??”
