Took my 100 year old dad going for some good service to get him good walking shoes. The first guy (blond with beard) clearly did not want to help. Dumped one shoe in my hand and disappeared. Next a young African American girl tried to help but would disappear in to the back for 5 minutes. Is it such a mess. Then would come out and ask what size again. Finally got this young guy who was quick in getting us a shoe that worked. Happy to get out of there and will not go back. Took way longer than it should have.

Employees see me standing next to the fitting room and walk by. I hit the button several times and no one showed up. The fitting room that I could just walk in of course is closed. Poor CS.

The bike manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful in me making sure that I get the right bike for me and I appreciated that very much the carolina mall location

Great for if you know exactly what you want, what type, style, size, ect. Not so great if you’re a first time sports noob like myself. They did have what I needed at reasonable prices, and I was satisfied with the in-store experience.

Not only was the shoe inventory terrible there was no one there to even help. If looking for soccer shoes or equipment run from this place.

Terrible customer service. I was attempting a return and I had to pay an additional $48 to get a size change. Don't say the manager for help because she is to busy to do anything.Plus why does it take to months to get your reward points?
