1117 E Morehead St, Charlotte“Greetings. I would like to ask you for help in finding a sponsor under the U4U program for two women and a 2-year-old child from Ukraine. We don’t need the support itself; we have a small supply of finances to start life. I am a husband, I will work, I can do any repairs and dry cleaning, I have found a sponsor, and I am already waiting for the “Travel autorisaton code”. But for the wife, child and mother-in-law, there is no sponsor. We plan to live in Charlotte, NC. That is, we do not need financial assistance. I will be very grateful for your help. Or tell me where to look. Thank you very much for your help.@camphubua”
“I'm so grateful to have this resource for my students. Every time I visit there are surprises as well as the necessities. We are extremely fortunate in CMS to have these donations and volunteers who are ready and willing to assist with any questions or to load your car when you're done "shopping."”
“Junior League of Charlotte provides so many great opportunities for members to developed their leadership skills and participate within the community. I’ve learned so much about organizations throughout Charlotte who were started by or have been a partner of the league for many years. JLC offers a great chance to get involved with the community and develop skills that easily translate outside the organization.”
“stayed there 35 days, after our son had been lifefighted from winston salem. we had 3 years of life in novant hospital in winston and many trips to charlotte. we had a happy ending after a liver transplant. The Hospitality House was our shelter in the storm. After long days we walked in knowing we had something to eat and and a comfortable bed, then breakfast to start all over. The place was always spotlessly clean and stocked by "ANGELS". The staff was amazing in every way: friendly, caring, supportive and answering questions. STAYING THERE FELT LIKE HAVING A FAMILY. Looking back we would like to thank all the clubs, organizations, businesses, and caring people that support HOSPITALITY HOUSE, You can feel the love when you walk in the door. Everybody needs help, Everybody can help. Give time, send snacks, toiletries, non perishables, cards of encouragement, and donations be a blessing to someone in need”

It's a rewarding and humbling experience. I highly recommend you go and experience it for yourself. It's exciting to see where the shoeboxes are going that you help process. It's a blessing to know that millions of children around the world will have an opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus!”

My mom and aunt used to go there on a regular basis, and i can definitely see why...i spent $100 the first time I shopped there. it's a beautiful store the cashier woman knows the products very well....as I did feel a Lil tension from her like she was rushing me, when I got to the register and didn't have enough money and would have to put something back it aggravated her... I come back 2 days later to get my bible (MY 1ST BIBLE THAT I WENT AND PICKED OUT AND HAD MY NAME ENGRAVED ON IT) So I was super excited to come pick.it up.and I love the engraving it's very beautiful and professional...the male owner Is very nice he's so quiet and collective he would be the only reason I would shop there again, but who the hell, excuse my language can tll omeone to turn there phone off shhhing me.i did not appreciate it and thank god no other customers were around to see me get embarrassed....but i done learned how to be an adult n alway be nice to ur customers......the woman like I said Is sweet and Sassy...lol but to feel like ur being rushed out of the store when there are 30 Mins before they closed. And telling me to shhh is just very rude and unprofessional”

They have been there to support her every step of the way along her journey… from supplying her with wigs, hats, and scarves as she endured 6 months of chemotherapy… to having her become part of a community where all can share their experience, strength, and hope, while participating in various activities.”

“Let me just say this .... If you ever doubt that people love and care and that God answers prayers, I truly can be a witness and say that Fort Mill Care Staff not only loves and cares but also they go Over and beyond the call of duty for helping people... A lot of times we get stuck on color, but none of the beautiful women there look like me,,,,,, But I have learned its, not a COLOR thing its a CHARACTER thing and they have the character. I have been down and to my lowest but they stayed professional and always came through with HELP. Not cutting corners and helping people one customer at a TIME. Special thanks to All Staff but from my personal experience Candice Fairbanks, the Previous President, Ms Peggy (Receptionist), and The Current President Ms Christine...... If you need assistance or are thinking about donating this is the place, they care and they love every person...... Thank You Formill Care... My Family is so GRATEFUL”
“In a fast-paced world where personal wellness often takes a back seat, Sara’s YMCA serves as a haven where individuals and families can prioritize their health, connect with others, and give back to the community. With its outstanding facilities, diverse programs, new equipment, strong sense of community, and unwavering commitment to service, the local YMCA offers an enriching experience that transcends the traditional gym membership. It's more than just a place to work out—it's a place to belong.”
“I want to say a huge thanks to such a unique organization like International House. They help people adapt, learn English, and make new acquaintances. Here I met amazingly kind people from different countries. Every lesson is truly an English conversation! Most of all I want to mention two teachers - Eve and Rony, they make you feel comfortable, they listen to their students, and teach. Each of them has its own teaching format. For example, Rony walks among the students during the class and listens to them, and later tries to figure out grammatical mistakes. I think this is amazing. I would like to attend his classes more often! And Eve shows new words on cards, even brings special details from home, because visually we remember more words!”
