On my way to Atlanta and lost my brakes arriving to Charlotte. Was able to get taken in the next day and was told air in my brake lines. Said they checked my brake system but nothing immediate needed. I was appreciative that I could get seen promptly. Service said they bled the brakes filled the reservoir and I was on my way for $600.00!!! Took it to another Cadillac dealer who said they usually charge a third of that for brake service flush and refill. In addition they took pictures of the bleed valves which didn't appear to have been opened. They were still covered in road dust,a little rust and not a drop of fluid anywhere to be seen. You decide but if I needed it I would go to another dealer.

Corrupt / Terrible Service department! Tried charging me $1,855.62 JUST to fix my RADIATOR and fill it with coolant I already have bottles of in the car. Shawn Head Manager of the service department is telling me he pays his guys $160 / hour!!!! You're telling me these guys work is worth $333,000 / year gross pay?!?! Absolutely not because if so, I wouldn't be such a re-occurring customer! Let's do the math. Radiator part for a 2015 ATS Cadillac costs an average of $200 ( look it up ) Shawn told me the job would take 6.5 hours to do!!!!! SIX AND A HALF to change out a radiator. 6.5 x $160 / hour that they apparently get paid. Is $1,040 + $200 for the part = $1,240 now let's add some taxes +$200 = $1,440. They tried charging me over $400 MORE than what Shawn and Bill ( another service manager ) says their time is worth + how many hours to do the job + the radiator part + estimated taxes! This is all ASSUMING he pays each and every tech there $333,000 a year Gross pay ( He says he pays some even more an hour because of "their certifications" ). Assuming the job would ACTUALLY take 6.5 hours to fix the radiator. Absolutely scamming people for money. They are literally robbing you. They have been doing this since I was 18 when I just got the Cadillac and paid it off by the time I was 20. I'm 22 now!!! I can only imagine how much money in the past 4 years they've robbed me of by saying there time is worth more than what it really is. By up charging everything a few extra hundred dollars then doing POOR work and having you come in every few months for THOUSANDS of dollars "worth" of more work done. I'll be checking frequently to make sure this post is not taken down and if it is I will write another POOR review on these people to let you know how corrupt these people really are. I'm pretty sure it's not allowed on yelp to call people names, but they are worth "every name in the book" NOT $160/hour or $333,000 a year. Get the ... out of here!

I'm so amazed at the customer service. Everyone excluding Bill, has an a tremendous attitude problem as far as the service department goes. Bill was extremely helpful, but the rest of the staff not so much. Everyone except for Bill could probably use a brush up on some customer service skills. But go Bill, we love him!

As soon as you make the purchase the service goes out the door. What was supposed to be 20 minute endeavor of us running in the title from our trade-in, getting the second keyfob for our car and getting the battery replaced on the first keyfob has turned into nearly 2-hours of waiting.

The service department is a gem! Bruce, Jeff and Dan took great care of our 2002 Avalanche that needed brakes and an inspection, which wasn't part of the original request. The careful consideration of my safety was taken into consideration. I appreciated the plastic shields between me and the analyst working on my vehicle order and everyone had their face covering on which was a reassuring feeling. Great job and thanks, we'll be back!

We purchased a used vehicle this week. I specifically ask if it came with two keys and it did. Realized the next day that the second key wasn't working. Figured it was just a battery so my husband took it to the dealership of the specific car brand to replace the battery only to find out the key doesn't belong to the car I Purchased. My husband went and spoke with Stevan Coon the Manager. He was so disrespectful, degrading to my husband. Told him too bad. We should have checked before we left the dealership. Not their problem and they would do nothing for us. They sold me a car with a key that doesn't belong to it!! They sold me the car with two keys. Misrepresentation? ! Fraud?! Terrible business practices!! Rude, disrespectful, degrading!

Sales staff seems very abrasive and uninterested. The zero negotiation tactic seems ineffective to me and is an immediate tension and overall experience ruining technique in my opinion. I'd spend a little more just to have a positive interaction. Wasn't a fan of Mark, who I guess is the manager, on the phone or whomever printed the paperwork for an out the door price and was snarky about it. Ed was ok.

What CROOKS!.These shysters, advertised a new SRX for $31k. I called to make sure it wasn't a typo and they said Noooooooooo come on over we'll have it gassed up and ready for you. We drove nearly 4 hours from Franklin, NC to buy the car, not look at it. When we got there they said oh you must be mistaken. I had screen shots on my phone from there web site showing them and then they proceeded to tell me it was an IT error. I complained to the North Carolina attorney generals office and they sided with the dealer. Both crooks in my opinion.
