“One of my favorite locations! Great place to sell your lightly used kids items and get 20% more if you apply it for a store credit or get cash for your items. They always have a great selection. Plus Jarilyn was super helpful in guiding me through the store. All The employees were super sweet.”

“I was frantically trying to find something to wear to a last minute event and thank god i stumbled into Pure. I had no idea what i wanted so i literally put it all in the hands of the sales associate, and Aliyah did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of and I received so many compliments on the pieces she put together. The store itself is very clean and well organized, and the staff and atmosphere is very lively and attentive!! I will definitely be back. Big shout to Aliyah and the staff at PURE Charlotte!!”

“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
“This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”
“I've become really attached to the clothes they sell here; I think it's safe to say that I'm an Athleta girl now! I do a lot of yoga and other athletic activities, and for me Athleta's apparel works and fits the best into my casual lifestyle. I never leave one of their stores empty-handed; I always come away with something both comfortable and cute :-) Athleta isn't as expensive as Lulu, but I thing the quality is just as good, if not better :-)”

“The clothing selection for kids and adults was sizable, however clothing is overpriced (especially when shopping for a growing toddler). The sales associates were nice and offered to help in any way they could. There are some items on sale, but it still seemed pricey.”

“I had a positive experience shopping for a stroller / car seat! I was fortunate to go in at a time they were slower and had one more employee on the floor than usual. She was super helpful in explaining how each model I was interested in works. It was so so helpful seeing all the models in person - they even let you try out putting the seat in your own car. Much better experience and more knowledgeable sales people than Nordstroms (in my experience!)”

“Pretty standard H&M store. For a Saturday afternoon, it was not busy, and everything was very organized and easy to find. They also have a men's and kids section as well. Great sales with a huge variety to select from. This is located right besides the Claire's Accessories store going towards the food court.”
“Stopped by this location last week and it was a much better experience than the one that my wife and I usually go to in Rock Hill. The employees were very helpful and there was a much larger selection to choose from for our newborn. Prices are very good and very clean store.”
