Everything was incredible simple. I filled out information online. I was sent a price. I took the car there. They looked it over and gave me that exact price. The entire process took about 90 minutes as I did not schedule an appointment. I would definitely use them in the future. I should note that I took the car to two different dealers. The first one said they would give me $14,500 and the second dealer said $15,500. Carmax gave me $16,600.

Worst experience!!!
Purchased a car about 10 days later took it to carmax ti get issues fixed ( window switch not working etc)
Said they can order parts... parts havnt been received and it's been over 1 month.
Due to my work sand myself living further away, I can't drive ""come and pick up the car if you want but the parts should be in, in a couple days"
This has been 5 weeks now.
Noone ever returns phone calls.
And honestly I'd be afraid for anymore issues with my car now because I know it won't be an efficient process trying to get it fixed if additional issues come up.
This place is a joke. And it's unacceptable that it's taking this long. I've made my first payment on this car and havnt been able to enjoy it.

Terrell was excellent. Even though we ended up adding a car to look at and test drive- and all of the paperwork was set for our original car- he flexed and got everything ready for us as quickly as possible.

Our experience with Carmax was fantastic. The process of selling our car was so easy, from getting the offer to making the appointment to getting the appraisal. Everyone in the office was great to deal with and it didn't take long to sign the papers and get the check. I would definitely use Carmax again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Streamlined process for purchasing a vehicle. No games, no smoke and mirrors, just a simple system of pricing and buying. Also the standard 90 day warranty is no joke. They stand behind what they sell, and treat their customers right. I purchased my car in June of 2024, and I am very happy with the entire experience. They earned my 5 star rating.
