“This review is for the fantastic customer service that I received from Tatayanna at Avis. I came in without a reservation. Getting a rental car now days is not easy. Tatayanna went above and beyond to find me a very nice Bick Enclave which I could drop off in another state. An extra is, it takes regular gas, and has a very smooth ride. The only negative is that the vehicle was very dirty inside and out, and the air pressure was low in one of the tires. I left with the vehicle and returned about an hour later. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out and air was added to the tire. All in all I had a great experience. Thank you so much Tatayanna. You are a gem!”
