I have been a loyal customer of Cadillac of South Charlotte for many years, and my recent experience reaffirmed why I continue to trust this dealership. From start to finish, the entire team handled everything with professionalism and care, ensuring that I left as a happy customer.
I want to give a special shout-out to **Justin** and **Greg**, who were both fantastic throughout the process. Always a pleasure coming to this location, everyone is so friendly. Waiting area has electronic reclining leather seats that have a USB outlet to charge your phone while you wait for your car to be serviced. Customer service here is top notch. From the parts dept, service, sales and collision, I highly recommend! I've been a repeat customer for almost 8yrs now.

I had the best experience with Ingrid helping me find the best car for me at the best rate! She was super patient on all of my needs and wants from a vehicle and finally Ingrid and her team brought a vehicle all the way from Florida. I would recommend Ingrid and will definitely be back for another vehicle. 10/10

A few months back I had the pleasure of working with Alan! There was a car I know I wanted and that’s what I left with! He didn’t try to force me into buying a different vehicle. He also gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had! Recently I figured out that I was missing something in my car that should have came with it in order to get it maintenance. Honest mistake. I called Alan he brought me back in and took care of it free of charge with help from Brandon (who is also great in the service department). South Charlotte Cadillac’s Team is definitely top of its game. I will never shop anywhere else ever again!

Nick C. was amazing! We went to another Cadillac dealership and were disappointed with the service we received, so we came to Cadillac of South Charlotte. We were helped promptly and treated with the utmost respect from the moment we walked in the door. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Everyone we met was kind, informative, and helpful. Nick helped us get into our brand new 2024 Cadillac! Needless to say we will be back when it’s time for our next Cadillac!

Oh where to begin. Well first off, if I played for the Panthers I would have to think about safety concerns of shopping here due to the salesman disclosing that players often come in with backpacks full of cash. I was purchasing a car for my daughter. I bought 2 cars that week. One was a very pleasant experience with follow up check ups, service incentives, and personal satisfaction checkups at a dealer in Greensboro and the other car I bought at Cadillac of south Charlotte. Cadillac of south Charlotte gives sleazy used car salesman vibes. After a year of ownership we are starting to realize the truth of the matter. The car is failing at multiple points with evidence the dealer knew of these shortcomings. It did not pass its first inspection due to window tint which Cadillac of south Charlotte passed per a service manager that I spoke with. This manager said he would set me up an appt. locally to have it removed and apologized for the inconvenience my daughter’s first car has caused. Then he proceeded to never call back, never set the appt, never make any attempts at communication. If you’re considering taking your business to this establishment I would encourage you to first visit the dealer next door to get a good idea of how a real dealership functions. I am disappointed with myself for not purchasing the vehicle I looked at over there. If I had known they (The other dealer. Definitely not Cadillac of south Charlotte) would call back and offer to fix every discrepancy I had with their vehicle I most certainly would have purchased there instead. Sadly I had already purchased one that would be a headache with no assistance offered after they got the check. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE CADILLAC OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE.

The department I value the most at this dealership is the parts department . As a family, we own two Cadillacs and When we need a part, we know exactly where to go .
Parts manager, Jay Always comes to the rescue and uses that Vin number so that within minutes, he has a part ordered and you can go about your day. Jay has that unique 5 Star combination of being personable and professional as I highly recommend him and his team.

I had an absolute pleasure working with Nick and Greg at Cadillac of South Charlotte. They made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Nick and Greg were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the perfect car. From the very first phone call with Ryan in the service department I knew my car would be taking care of, I purchased the car in March along with the platinum warranty (which I highly recommend). Talk about teamwork, from Sean, the supervisor to Brad the GM, and satisfaction for the consumer is what I definitely felt. Literally, they know the ends and outs of a cadillac. Ryan assured me my car would be fixed, and the great part of it all was that it only took a day. They contacted the warranty company and made the process seamless for me. To my surprise a couple days later, Ryan called to check and make sure all was well. Customer service starts at the top and works it way through, great company, thank Cadillac of South Charlotte!
