“This is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.”

“Never a bad experience here. Associates are always helpful and friendly. They always walk me to where I need to go. Wild. I can usually find what I need here unless I'm looking for commercial grade plumbing supplies. Most times they won't have that. I think the prices are better than Home Depot for tools and hardware but really the main reason I shop here is because I enjoy it. Can't put a price on that...”
“I am very surprised by the bad reviews. The store is not the issue, if anything. Yes, Home Depot delivery is contracted out. So maybe it's a hit or miss. I have been using this store for over 20 years. I do not think it is a 2-star store. The people at the store will help you when you ask. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed. That is the world we live in. I feel they do a good job compared to many of them. I will keep using this Home Depot store, and when I do have an issue they will make it okay in the end, they have always fixed it in the long run. I do find that I have gotten a lot more done with honey than with the whip.”
