Do NOT waste your time or money here. I have bought two custom doors here and both times they were wrong or delayed. Getting someone to answer the phone is difficult. I’ve had delivery issues every time and call numerous times to confirm firm delivery only for them to say they don’t know why it was delivered and not offer to find out. They don’t care and/or are incompetent

Doors absolutely suck from here. Might as well go to Home Depot.
I install them a ton when I'm working in Monroe and theyre some of the worst quality doors I have ever installed as a Finish Trim Carpenter.
Got a new order in today and all of them have busted pieces on them. Casing is falling off of them. I think it's mainly the delivery crew screwing them up. But whoever builds them doesn't take their time at all and use blades that probably have two teeth on them. The headers arent even flush even when everything else on the door actually is correct.
I hate it for people who are trying to buy doors that work. Don't get them from here if you want doors that work like doors should.
Idk how long man has existed, but you'd think it's not rocket science to make a door right.
Drug test y'alls' employees more.

Entire process is terrible, I think this place is only for local contractors, not consumers... Communication, sales, organization, delivery experience made me want to jump off a bridge. Will never do business here again.

I have spent a lot of money here. Some things went well, some didn't. My last order came with a few things damaged/incorrect, and despite promises that they would re-order the components that were wrong or damaged they never did and all subsequent calls and emails have gone unanswered.

The man that helped me was Sam......he worked with me 3 -5 days as I was trying to find "the perfect door" for our family. He was so kind and long-suffering as I asked him so many questions over all those days! In the end.....I DID FIND THE PERFECT DOOR...."Thank you Sam & Building Center" !!!!!!!!!!! A++

Trying to get in touch with somebody for 2 weeks and still no callbacks or responses. Every time you call it goes straight to voicemail. I'm not sure how they conduct business not answering clients calls.
