I had the pleasure of meeting a lady named Heather she was great and had so much patience with me this bear with my dad voice was so important but it was difficult to record and she figured it out no complaints and with a smile ? this was my first visit to a build a bear location...I'm so happy she works there i will be back only if she knew how much this meant to me

Both Ezra and Matthew were excellent and so kind with helping me today create a memorial bear of a loved one who has recently passed away for my fiancé. We spent about an hour recording the voice message of my mother in laws voice from a voicemail in my phone to make sure it was perfect and clear. Again Ezra and Matthew went above and beyond to make this so special and were so kind to everyone who came into the store while I visited today. Thank you both for everything! Excellence customer service to both me and the many families and children who got to make bears today!

We went to this store this evening to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. According to Google, the mall (and this store) was scheduled open until 8:00 PM. We arrived a few minutes before 7:00 PM and were immediately told we had 9 minutes to make a decision because they were closing. They were right about the closing time, and Google was wrong. But is this the new normal for customer service in retail? I worked in malls and retail from 2000-2015 and we never turned last minute customers away. We would sometimes lower the gate or lock the doors from the outside, but we stayed and took care of them. Sometimes for over an hour. I never planned to leave work “on-time.” We stayed, helped the customer, and got paid for an extra hour of work. I’m not sure if this is a case of mall management enforcement or lazy employees- but no matter the case, it was definitely a 2-star experience. Zero effort to go above and beyond by the staff. I would give 1-star, but at least they nicely told us to pick our stuff in 9 minutes or else. ?♂️

I came here for the first time and received help from Jay. She showed an eagerness to serve clientele, as well as a wealth of knowledge about the products and services. I walked into Build-A-Bear to pick a gift for an expectant mother but received so much more. Jay deserves the world and all it has to offer. Please give her the recognition she deserves.

KAHNEEF stuffed my daughters bunny with her on Black Friday. The store was insanely busy and when one would expect employees to be less patient than usual, Kahneef was more patient. I explained that my daughter was deaf and he said she could absolutely perform the heart ceremony with her bear. He modeled the ceremony and did it with her. She loved it so much! Thank you for being so inclusive and for making her day! I really hope this employee is recognized for his efforts.

Me and my friend went there and the staff was very nice! Matt was our cashier and they were very helpful. They took our picture with the holiday bear when we asked:)

Great. The idiots sent me a bear unstuffed bc I ordered it online..I took it in there and they did what should have been done in the 1st place..
