Some of them know what they are doing and some of them need more training. I don't believe everyone has their license to be doing hair. Maybe someone needs to look into it. Especially for what they charge

Just okay! Think my hair was done by someone in training. The washing process was uncertain, and the braiding was unsure. The person doing my hair did not seem to have confidence in what they were doing. My hair is fragile and prone to breakage. It snaps very easily. The person styling my hair was very rough in handling it. I could feel the strands popping off. The shampoo and conditioner used was also generic and did not leave my hair feeling good.

Ms. Rena did a really good job on my cornrows. I will come back. I appreciate all the ladies in the shop for taking me in early in the morning.

Love! Love! Love! This salon and I will most definitely return. The staff were very nice and helpful. I received the Boho knotless braids and they are beautiful!! The price is outlined when select your braid length and size. You can purchase the hair and hair products at the salon. I appreciate these ladies with this beautiful hair style! THANK YOU!!!!

Have been going there since high school and not once have they disappointed! Although I have a new stylist this will always be the shop I recommend to anyone looking to walk-in or schedule an appointment last minute. Susan is the best!

This is a beautiful shop. They are keeping hair braiding simple with an improved customer service experience. They greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. Knew who we were… that does a long way. The Braider engaged with us and they have NEVER CHARGED an ARM or LEG for a style. They allow walk-in and appointments. They may be a little wait. But you will not regret it

Been going here for a while and today Franche was in for a simple braid down. She charged me $55 which is ridiculous. It seems last time I came she changed me 275 for a simple style a lot of ppl couldn’t believe it plus she stop doing my hair to get her hair just very unprofessional she’s makes up prices as she goes because before it was 40 for my braid down then the next time was 45 then today she claimed she told me it was 55 which was a lie, but I didn’t argue. She was very rude and her tone…Definitely finding somewhere else to go wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone….

I was there on yesterday. I showed her my picture before sitting down. She quoted me a price of $95.00 dollars for the style I wanted nothing else was said. The person who quote left and another person came in who may have been a manager took her place. Once I was finished and got up I was quoted a price of ,$125.00. I told her what the first lady said and she made up an excuse, oh we used a longer extinction and your hair was too short. I again said I showed her both my hair and the picture. I will never go back. They make up prices as they go. Nothing said at all, never asked any questions, never told there would be an additional price
