I went to return a pair of boots and was told I absolutely could not return them without giving my name, email, address, and phone number.I didn't give any of this at checkout because I don't want the junk mail. Now I'm receiving promotional emails 3x a day from them.

Manger is racist follows Hispanic around the store or tells her works too.. been told from multiple workers she thinks I steal because I’m a frequent customer.Boot barn co. I recommend finding a new manager customers don’t even feel safe at there local boot barn!!!
