Greg was awesome to work with the past few days. He attempted a tough repair, and talked me through all my options. Every time we had an appointment scheduled he was ready, polite and professional. The work was completed on time and as promised and I appreciated his efforts and transparency throughout the process.

The Thanksgiving free turkey promotion is a sham. They entice you to spend $150 in one transaction to obtain a free turkey later. You go back for the turkey....NONE, out of stock. The clerk working the meat area has no idea when, or if, turkeys will be stocked. Turkeys need DAYS to thaw in preparation for Thanksgiving dinner. Absolutely worthless to someone relying on that turkey to feed their family on Thanksgiving. They have already fleeced you for their $150. No consideration to you for your out of pocket $150. I was always a fan of BJ's.....not so much anymore.

Tire center is useless.. I bough 4 new tires and they installed them for me. After I left I noticed that the tire lights are ON. And I went there again to fix the issue . Looks like they screw something and my tire lights alarm never turned off. Had flat tire and went there , they supposed to fix it. They give me 4 days ahead appointments, I went there at my appointment day and my name wasn't listed. I made another appointment to replace my back tires and I waited 2 months for a phone call to come install the tires. They never call The employees worked there always have no customers in the shop and never agree to do in spot service. My home is next to bjs. I never see them working in any car. After 5. They may be take like 2-3 appointment per day. They layback and have too much fun doing nothing. Go to Costco or bjs for tire.

Members get get gas!! Also, I do all my bulk shopping here for meats, water, condiments, and snacks and they always have what i need ! Although recently, they were short on chicken. Also the leggings they have....i always have to buy a pair every other month! They are such good prices and they're so nice and comfy.

on july 14, 2021 at 4:16 pm my stepfather was waiting to be serviced in the deli department at bjs wholesale located in pineville, north carolina. unfortunately he was not provided any service whatsoever and was escorted off the premsis for being disorderly. however, he was a victim of racial discrimination and was verbally attacked by other caucasian customers!!!!!! i wanted to shed light on the racial discriminatative practices that are being implemented by management and staff at this location!!!!!!! if you consider yourself a minority, please steer clear of bjs wholesale located in pineville, north carolina. otherwise, you will endure the same public humiliation and racism as my stepfather, who is a proud black man

we purchased four new tires online good price well-known brand made an appointment to have them installed and that's where the problem began very unprofessional very unorganized I do not know why they even have a tire center because that is no tire center all I can say is go to Costco Costco Costco Costco and save yourself the headache, frustration, aggravation and time

Think you're getting a good price at BJs, take note. The boxes of coffee are physically the same size, The top box we bought at BJs "sale price $36 and some change. ( 84 K cups ) The box on the bottom we bought at Sam's Club for for $36 and some change......( 100 K cups ) Found this to be the case on numerous items. We can't save money at BJs ! ! ! !

Good selection, great deli workers, but super slowwww customer service desk. Always have to wait in like 15+ minutes while the workers take their sweet time. Really need to be better staffed in the customer service desk.

Cannot believe how poorly staffed they are today. I just need a tank of propane. Two customers in front of me want quotes for tire installation. Kid behind counter said his coworkers is on break. It's been over 18 minutes and still no propane. Think someone in management should train another employee to cover lunch shifts in the tire center. Very POd
