Batteries are expensive items any more and I wanted the best that I could find for the money I could afford. The Diehard with a 4 year warranty at Batteries Plus was the best deal out of all of the others. Whenever I have to spend that kind of money on a car part, I spend hours doing research and decided to go with Batteries Plus.”
“Excellent customer service!!! They replaced my battery a couple of months ago and I found them to be efficient and most of all, kind. Just this past week the clamp on one of the battery terminals came lose and they replaced it for me (plus the 2nd one which was still holding tight ). All this was done as a courtesy. If I could give them 10 stars it still would not be enough!!!”

“The young men who work at this location are fabulous. Ferron was great at ordering a fob for me and explaining the process, to Peter and Matt who programmed it for me. It was obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority! They noticed my vehicle had a flat tire and proceeded to use their personal air pump to inflate it enough to get me to a tire shop around the corner!
While there, I observed them interacting with other customers and they were just as kind and patient with their questions as they were with mine! Highly recommended this location!”
