This have got to be the worst battery plus ever I called to come get a key fob. Guy said it’s in stock then I get there he said he lied I need to order. Came all the way from Indian Land for this.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. They are unreliable, the manager that I interacted with condescending and extremely disrespectful.
We were referred to theBatteries Plus through the insurance company for my husband’s phone. I took the phone in for the screen to be replaced, the tech told us it would take an hour. I went back after an hour and was told that they were not finished, they needed additional time. I went back later that evening and was told they could not get the phone to work and it needed to be seen by a senior technician and I would have to come back the following day.
The following day the manager on duty told us that they could not get the phone to work and they needed to order a new battery. This was only the beginning of my back and forth with this company. After numerous calls and visits to the store, It took over two weeks for us to get the phone back. The manager at one point threatened to call the police on my husband because he raise his voice at her- this after repeatedly explaining that this was his work phone and repeatedly being Given different times that the device would be available.
This company made an error and instead of trying to make it right with us, they were indifferent, disrespectful and did not care about how their negligence impacted us. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

On May 5, the sign on the door Batteries + Bulbs said Technical difficulties and cash only on a piece of notebook paper. Before we saw that, my son-in-law (legally blind) had gone to the door and tried to open it to the shop. I was in the car and I told him that it said that they were open until 5 o’clock on Sunday. As my son-in-law was retrieving the piece of equipment that needed the battery from the car, the young man that was inside the building had come to the door, opened it up and picked up a brown paper bag filled with something ( I am assuming it was something to eat). The associate, then went back into the store and sat at a desk. My son-in-law was then at the door and began to knock, and knock, and knock, and knock. I finally got out of the car so I could see what was going on, and there sat the associate behind the desk completely ignoring us. In the meantime, two other people came to the store and were completely ignored also. After a short period of time, my son-in-law said, through the door, that he would just like to ask a question and again was completely ignored. As far as I am concerned, this company is not doing the right thing for their customers. All the young man would’ve had to do was come to the door, try to explain a little bit of why he’s not taking customers, and then answer a question or two. I will never come to your establishment again. The young man was extremely rude and actually was just using your establishment for an hourly wage because he was doing nothing to put a good face on your business. I am sorry that you hired someone so incompetent!

The young men who work at this location are fabulous. Ferron was great at ordering a fob for me and explaining the process, to Peter and Matt who programmed it for me. It was obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority! They noticed my vehicle had a flat tire and proceeded to use their personal air pump to inflate it enough to get me to a tire shop around the corner!
While there, I observed them interacting with other customers and they were just as kind and patient with their questions as they were with mine! Highly recommended this location!

Had a Mac pro battery replacement and a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra replacement. Both experiences were good, only complaint is that it took a while for the Samsung battery to arrive.Both devices run noticeably better.

A few days ago, I damaged my Android phone when it caught water. I was stupid enough to turn it on after the accident, and it damaged the screen, but I was lucky enough to find these guys and their awesome commitment to excellent customer service. Although I did not end up replacing the screen with them because I got a new phone and repairing the screen was coincidentally the same cost, they were kind enough to not only spend hours but days! backing up to the cloud over 5 years of data for free! They had to connect a spare screen to be able to access the phone and do the backup. This is something you don't see often these days. Kudos to Peter and all his co-workers. Now I know where to take my electronics for repair. You guys rock!

I needed a new car battery this morning and was super pleased with how easy it was to order one online, pick it up, and have it installed there within an hour of realizing I needed one.The employee who helped me and installed the battery did so quickly and was super friendly.

Batteries Plus is a great place to go when you need help with your son's broken phone. My son's iPhone port was damaged. He couldn't charge his phone, nor get the broken piece out of his port. It felt like a lost cause. We decided to try Batteries Plus and wow! They were absolutely fantastic! They fixed the phone is just a few minutes. We didn't have to wait long at all. The prices are very reasonable here at this location. The staff there are very friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a young man and a young lady there that helped us. I think her name was Maggie, or Mattie, I wish I could remember her name. (So sorry! ) She was wonderful to us! I will definitely be recommending this business to others! Thank you again!!

Ordered car key fob online with required programming cost. Went to pick up key fob and have it programmed. 75 minutes later it still wasn't programmed and no employee could or would get it done. I spent 40 minutes driving and got nothing except a refund for the key fob since they couldn't program it...
