Customer service is godawful here maybe don’t imply your customers can’t afford a membership when they tell you they don’t have one. I literally only come here for books that’s aren’t available on kindle unlimited I won’t benefit from a membership. Came in 4/3 and was checked but by Humberto proceeds to ask if I have a membership and j say no. Asks if I want a bag and I say yes (it is pouring rain outside) and he says oh sorry bags are only for members and it’s raining outside sorry about your book. Then proceeds to say because I’m a nice guy I’ll give you a bag I know it’s the first of the month and people have bills to pay. EXCUSE ME??? I get that you get bonuses for selling memberships but god bless maybe don’t insinuate I can’t afford it.

I have not been I am book store in years, when I walked in Barnes in Noble to find a particular book I felt overwhelmed, I asked a gentleman for helping me and he was so kind and patient! Thank you for helping me to experience the joy of a book store again! Will definitely be back!

Disappointed they stopped selling many of the humor books I used to buy from them but still a great place to go and chill and read. I bought a Prince picture disk album and two dvds and one book for my collection of Calvin and Hobbes. I will be returning.

Making inquiries about their rewards programs and various emails I receive from them. Also inquired about making the best use of the eReader I purchased from them. I may as well have been on Mars. And they are sooooo helpful when you're making a purchase.

The kinds of things put on display, especially near kids is super sketchy. It's really sad because it wasnt always like this. I used to love this place as a kid, and I'm sad I now get nervous taking my own in here.

Everything you can imagine, book wise, is here! From fun books for the kids, to informative, to step by step recipe books! It's not all fiction or a bunch of scholastic book fair junk but actually really nice and helpful
