This was the worst experience I ever had working with a trophy company! I started working with Teresa (who is a liar with no regards to other people's business). We contacted Award Zone to get trophy for our Dance Competition. Teresa assured me that they would be able to make our trophies in time for our event. I checked in with the company 3 times over 4 weeks to get a quote (that we never received). Instead of sending us a quote she suggested I get my trophies from somewhere else (that was the biggest warning sign that I ignored). Teresa Emailed Me This Instead Of A Quote.From TeresaI just look up the trophy you sent me and we would be 3 or more times that price.So I am sure you had rather go with them.Thanks for checking with us.(I guess she decided how much money we were going to spend)My ResponseSorry, I'm confused by this message. What other place?Finally 2 weeks before our event Teresa very nonchalantly said... Oh we can't make your Trophies. I said I just called you 2 days ago and you assured me again that you could make the trophies... what changed? Teresa said oh I'm sorry I thought we could that's my fault. I'm 2 weeks away from a Big competition and Award Zone with no cares simply said Oh Well, We Can't Make Anything For You... It's COVID and People Aren't Coming To Work. I just really couldn't understand why they waited to tell me that. I emailed Teresa and told her that another Trophy Company said they have had a couple of other clients tell them about Award Zone and I was going to write a review and this was her response to me.From TeresaFirst off they are lying, we do not do this often or ever in 30 years of business have we ever had to turn down work. I would love for you to let me know who said this.I am happy you did find somebody, We can only do what we have man power for. Love to hear your answer! Have a great day.(The Irony Of Her Calling Someone Else A Lair) (So in 30 Years I'm The First Company They've Done This To).The professional from the whole staff throughout my month and a half of contacting them was horrible!!! Be careful doing business with them... you May or May Not get your order and you may not know until it's too late!!!

Awards Zone is hands down the best award and custom trophy shop in the Charlotte area. They are professional, prompt and dedicated to making sure that you get exactly what you need. They tackle the toughest jobs and make them look easy. They will work with you on custom designs that other shops tell you can't be done. Highly recommend them to anyone needing trophies or awards!

I have worked with Awards Zone both professionally and personally, and have had a wonderful experience each time. Their staff is extremely timely in their responses, and they do a great job of sending proofs and making edits quickly and efficiently. I am very picky about my wording, grammar and branding, so I can be a pain, but they allow me so much grace. What really blew me away about this business though, was their generosity. When I went to pickup name tags that I had gotten engraved for a nonprofit board that I have joined, Teresa asked me about the mission. I briefly explained, and then asked if I could pay for my items. She told me she was asking more about the nonprofit, because she wanted to give the name tag project to me for free. All of the marketing efforts I have been involved in with this new nonprofit have come out of my own pocket, and I have no idea how much money she saved me, but I was floored by her kindness. So much so, in fact, I started crying in the store. I can't thank the team at Awards Zone enough, and hope that anyone considering any sort of printing or engraving work goes to these folks and gives them their business. What a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Rick and Teresa. I appreciate you.
