“I’ve been looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto center, a friend of my recommended this one, came here today and had an very pleasant experience, they checked my car (it’s an old jeep) and figure out what was happening (I know a little bit of this so I already kinda knew what was wrong whit it but I wanted to make sure and get a estimate for the work), they were very honest and straightforward about everything, the prices and the problems with my car. “My first time at Grease Monkey. I was able to take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation the same day I called. Staff and manager were friendly and efficient during my time at their shop. I was apprised of several areas of possible concern to watch for in the future. My only criticism would be that the tire pressures were not checked and adjusted after rotation and the reset sensor needed to be synced.”

“Went in for an oil leak on my 2022 Outback Touring XT. Very pleasant experience. My contact person in service was Sean who was absolutely spectacular. Very knowledgeable even though he wasn't the hands on mechanic. He knew alot. He was one of the people you check in with. The problem was corrected and covered by the 36,000 mile warranty. The best part is that they did not try to convince me to do anything else with the car while it was there. Very honest service department. Highly recommend.”

He is very experienced with European cars- as I was able to witness some work he is doing on a newer Audi A4 and a BMW as well. Definitely recommend talking to him if you have a Euro and don't want to pay dealership prices!”
