“We discovered a bubble on the side wall of my son’s tire 2 hours before he was to drive back to school. This was 3:45 on a Sunday no less. After stopping at a competitor who refused any more jobs that day due to closing at 5, I called Mr Tire in Pineville. A nice man took the size of the tire said he had a certain kind in stock AND how much it would cost with labor etc. I said if we can get it there in 15 min can you do it today knowing they also closed at 5. He said not a problem. They fixed it and were extremely courteous and friendly. I will be taking my business there from now on! True customer service spirit.
