I just left 7-11 on north Polk Street in Pineville NC ! My husband frequent's this awful 7-11 and it was my first time.Upon entering , I went to the back of the store to get a few Cokes but this very darkined black lady was in front of the case I needed to get the Cokes out of so I stood there staring at the floor thinking, she'll be finished in a moment. When she stood up she got in my face with one of the boxes she was stacking the shelves with and said hi you keep staring at me and was very NASTY AND DESPICABLY RUDE !!! I said miss , I wasn't staring at you , I was waiting for you to finish !! She began verbally assaulting me !!! She started telling me what her mother told her which I don't care about her mother nor her !! Further I have a dark pair of shades in so she really doesn't know what I was looking at !! This woman was very confrontational and was all the way in my face ! !She got in my face again and walk in front of me again continuously verbally assaulting me ! I refused to engage her ! I asked for her manager and she began laughing and taunting me saying hahaha !I said you have a corporate office and she said hahaha !! This is a franchise!! She started showing me her name tag and I told her I didn't need her name but what she doesn't know is , I am losingy sight so I wouldn't have been able to see it anyway ! Her laughing about me reporting her explains why there's a 2 point rating ! The owner does nothing about the NASTY BEHAVIOR OF THIS SO CALLED MANAGER !! I WOULDN'T KEEP A MANAGER IN MY STORE THAT RUNS MY CUSTOMERS Away AND IS SO CONFRONTATIONAL AND PLAIN BELLIGERENT AND NASTY !!!!!! I LEFT AND WENT TO CIRCLE K AND WAS TREATED MUCH BETTER ! NO WORRIES BECAUSE SHE WILL JUMP IN THE WRONG PERSON'S FACE AND THEY WON'T USE THE RESTRAINT THAT I DID ! DO NOT BUY GAS HERE OR ANYTHING AT THIS 7 - 11 UNLESS YOU WANT CONFIRMATION FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! HER MOTHER SHOULD'VE TAUGHT HER KINDNESS AND THAT YOU CAN'T CONTROL ANOTHER PERSON NOR WHERE THEY LOOK !! IT'S OBVIOUS JER MOTHER DIDN'T TEACH HER CORRECTLY BECAUSE HER BEHAVIOR AT ABOUT 50 YEARS OLD IS VERY NASTY AND WILL CAUSE HER TO GET HURT OR OTHERWISE! THANKFULLY, I WAS TAUGHT CORRECTLY BY MY MOTHER AND THAT IS TO WALK AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE HER AND CONFRONTATION!!!! I HAVE SENT A REPORT TO THE NORTH CAROLINA FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION CONCERNING THIS WOMAN ( THE MANAGER) AND AGAINST THE FRANCHISOR OF THIS PARTICULAR 7/11 STORE LOCATED ON POLK STREET IN PINEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA.Since this woman didn't think I was intelligent enough to know who to report her to & her employer ( the FRANCHISOR ) , let them answer to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION OF NORTH CAROLINA ! This 7-11 needs to be closed down and or this manager needs to be replaced!!!
Getting in a customer's face is going too far !!! I'VE ASKED THE FTCNC TO VIEW THE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THIS DAY AND SEE THIS WOMAN GET IN MY FACE AT LEAST TWICE BECAUSE I'M SURE THERE'S NO SOUND!!!

Worst 711 I've ever been to. The boy cashier was so disrespectful when picking up an order today. Left me furious! I told him I was picking up an order and his exact words were "You gone have to wait over there or something" I said excuse me and who are you talking to like that. Is this how you talk to customers? He then says, "well what did you want me to say?" I replied, "you could have said the order isn't ready yet, if you don't mind waiting a bit so I can complete the order would have been a better response! When did customer service become so irresponsible, unprofessional and terrible. This is the representation of All 711 stores. I definitely will be calling corporate and talking to management because this is beyond acceptable

Worst gas station in allOf Pineville. You never know when it’s open. There’s always a reason for them not to be open inside. Either their on break closed for cleaning closed for stocking. Cash only. Card only. There’s always something wrong here.

This 7/11 hires anybody... Was threatened by an employee named "kay" said she could make a phone call and if i came up missing no one would miss me.. scared to file police report because I fear of local henchman

Not 24hrs that’s a lie. Place is dirty especially outside. Trash everywhere. These pumps were just put in and looks awful already. Employees are really lazy. Just close the business down. You’re making Pineville look bad.Update: came to grab something at 4am on 10/15/22 and they still had the doors locked.

Health department needs to close it down.. witnessed a customer warm up urine in the microwave.. told Management, Management has done nothing. Microwave is still there.. it's a 1 star gas station, employees shouldntve leave reviews falsifying the credibility of this incompetent demonic store.
