Over 2 years ago I was in the market for a dump trailer. I live in Kannapolis and also in Columbia. I searched many places close to home but best quick place for purchase was Select Sales. All of deal was done by internet and text. Today after contacting many dump truck contractors for a job in progress, I figured I would do job myself. I called Select Sales while driving (hands free) and did transaction for another dump trailer (bigger) within 15 minutes. I got returned phone call several hours later asking when I wanted to pick up trailer. Great customer service and will return again when I want something else. 5 stars⭐

100 % would not recommend buying any sort of power equipment from here. An unauthorized store ( Newport), purchased a new mower from them, mower wouldn’t work on the first yard, after countless attempts of contact they could’ve cared less and couldn’t get help from them at all, i had to use a total different company to take care of my mower ( new company understood issue and had my mower running back in 2 weeks, that being said waited almost 5 months trying to get help from select sales when they just randomly shut the Newport location down). The company issueing the brand mower they carry will tell you themselves that select sales business practices are just flat out unethical

2 weeks after having having the car i got from them the sensors were bad the alternator was messed up and even coming back and letting the service station fix my car it was like things were not fixed intentionally so that I would keep coming back and I feel the salesman and the mechanics working on the car took advantage because I am a female who didn’t know to much about cars I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE SALESMAN LANCE even the manager of the service station said that Lance screws people over!!!

super easy and fast service. made a call and they got everything handled with out me having to be there. all I had to do was sign the paper work and leave with my new pressure washer for my business. Fast, simple, easy & great customer service. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Haven't bought anything yet but from what I've noticed is they've got some really nice cars with very reasonable and affordable prices, I would definitely stop again and consider buying from them ?

Have a friend who purchased a zero turn mower. Every time he takes his mower there for what should be quick turn around maintenance they keep his mower two or more weeks at the time and give him a run-around excuse. Poor follow-up and poor service.
