Unfortunately pnc went down hill years ago and I took all my assets out of there after being a customer for over 40’years I am with another bank now.

Once again folks, it's Friday and there's only one person taking care of the drive through and one teller. The wait was ridiculous.

This bank used to be amazing but not anymore!! No customer service. People standing around but only one teller for both drive thru and counter!! Today no small money. Miss Martha and Susan, they would never allow this.
