On 11/29 I call about at 10 am about seeing our doctor at Pinehurst Medical Clinic. They made an appointment for me at 2:30 the same day. I arrived at 2:20 and was back ou the door by 3:00 with my prescription for an ear infection. That’s great service!

As it turned out, a satisfying visit. My health is relatively good, a snafu over a Rx medication was cleared up within a day, and my blood pressure returned to normal. I'm good. Five by five.

I have been seeing Dr. Letezia for almost 12 years. And I just love her. She always gives the time to answer questions. She makes suggestions on how I can better care for myself. She is always open to questions. I have never felt she was trying to rush my appointment. She is a gem!

I was warmly greeted by all the personal that I interacted with including Dr. Blakely. He was very attentive to my questions about the shots I needed and gave his recommendations as to the RSV vaccine and the new COVID vaccine.

This was my first appointment and completing the paperwork prior to my arrival seemed to help make the process easier. After I checked in, the nurse took my vitals and was very nice. The nurse then went through my paperwork with me and added the information into the computer system. I then met with NP Emily Jordan and we discussed my past medical history and discussed related concerns. MS Jordan seems very knowledgeable and competent. I look forward to interacting with her and her team as I attend future appointments.

I had a most excellent visit with Dr. Letizia for my healthcare today. In an unhurried, caring, and kind manner, she listened and then explained her reasoning for why a treatment option would be beneficial. She did it in a way that was easy to envision the outcome and that made a great deal of sense. She is genuine in her care. I often recommend her to folks who move to the area and are looking for a physician. Thanks, Dr Letizia!

I have been a patient with Dr.Kathleen Letizia for almost 9 years. And I trust her totally. She is very knowledgeable & knows her job. Besides that, which is important, her patience,understanding & compassion mean a lot to me. She listens to me & includes me in most decisions that are made concerning my health. I adore her.

Dr. Greg Blakely is the most caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctor I have ever encountered. He never makes his patients feel rushed or unimportant.. He always answers my questions and makes recommendations that are always geared toward improving my health. Both my husband and I feel so incredibly blessed to have Dr. Blakely as our primary physician.

Dr. Hipp is a great doctor. He has great bedside manners. He also cares about his patients. He is my husband doctor and he said he was blessed to find such a wonderful doctor who talks to him and explains things to him always.

Televisits are such a wonderful option when a patient can not get to the office, allowing quicker response time to medical needs. Ms. Talbert was professional, sympathetic and informative about my condition, giving great advice about what I needed to do.

My first time going to Dr. Furst at Pinehurst Medical Center was very good and comforting. Dr. Furst is so nice and took time with me to hear and answer any questions and concerns I had.All of the staff and is very polite and helpful in contacting and maintaining communication between me and my primary care physician.

Praise to Dr. Szurgot, she is fast acting, gets to the problem very quickly and professionally. My lab orders were in, results posted, and I was quickly seen by Dr. Szurgot that afternoon. She diagnosed the problem, and we are getting it resolved. Praise to her efficient staff for their help as well. Kathy Griffith
