I was forced to switch insurance companies over two years ago, if it wasn't for Mel Goodwin, I would have never switch to this company. But I have to say that a company is a strong as it's employees! Mel is amazingly professional, responsive and always looks to help you save money! I highly recommend this company !!! ALWAYS ask for Mel, she will treat you like family!

I have several properties and vehicles insured with the help of Pinehurst insurance. Rob Mcvay and his staff are top notch and search out the best options for your specific needs. I like that they have a cadre of insurance companies they can tap into. They are always fair and pragmatic.

Staff is rude and confrontational. There are much better agents in Pinehurst. This town is too small to be so unfriendly.

iv'e been with this company since Bob was running things, i think since the early eighties. never shopped around or felt a need to. Today Kathy helped me out with an issue not related to Pinehurst Insurance but the carrier. Fast, simple and save me a boatload of money easing my mind as well. Great folks and highly recommended.

Complete clown show. I changed banks during the summer of 2019. This included changing the account where my premium is deducted. Called the office to get this done, but between this office and Kemper, the change never happened. This lead to overdrafts and more forms to sign, time spent calling, etc etc. bottom line, I get a notice that as of January 2020, Kemper is cancelling my policy. Why? No payment. Apparently, Pinehurst insurance had not bothered to do the job they get paid to do and call the carrier to ensure Everything is correct. I'm going to find another agent this morning. Would give ZERO stars if I could, they have done nothing but waste my time.

We have been loyal customers for 20 years. They are the best and are easy to contact with questions or concerns. Rob McVay is very knowledgeable as well as his whole team. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
