I purchased an angle grinder this morning that only ran for 10 minutes before sparking and stopped working. when I returned to grinder the manager made a scene about how I only used it for one job then returned it and that I should not take advantage of a home town store but instead that I should have done it to Lowe's . thanks for questioning my integrity I will be going to Lowe's from now on.

I was driving by & noticed the amount of awesome looking plants outside & was interested in buying a few flats of a few different plants. They had no price tags on any of the plants I was interested in buying. Went inside to ask for the prices. A bearded guy that worked there came outside to show me where the prices once were?... He then went inside to tell me what the prices were that they had on a sheet. Once he stepped behind the counter he acted like I didn't exist & started caring for other customers at the front. Very unprofessional & great way to drive away a new customer! I've never shopped at this store before & his lack of customer service ensured that I won't be giving them any of my business in the future. It would've taken 30 seconds to look at the sheet next 2 the register & tell how much the plants were. I was confused & a bit baffled by his neglect. Take your money elsewhere to a business that values customer service, this place DEFINITELY DOESN'T!

Admittedly they don't have the largest stock when you compare to other home stores in the area. But what they lack in inventory they more than make up for inconvenience as well as your niche product selection. As the only hardware store in Pinehurst they found a gap in coverage and they carry many products that aren't found anywhere else in the area. On top of that they are price is competitive with their competitors

One of the absolute best hardware stores I've ever visited, I drove over 30 mins to get here because my area didn't have the piece I needed for my plumbing issue and this lady with short dirty blonde hair went above and beyond to make all the pieces fit together for us. Very helpful staff and the prices were cheaper than lowes.
