While Mark's work is fine, his lack of communication and poor responsiveness led me to find another accountant. He came recommended from a trusted reference so our experience is particularly disappointing. I would not recommend his services.

Owner came recommended from a trusted source so we had expectations that he would deliver good service in a timely manner. Unfortunately we were grossly disappointed. He does a poor job of communicating: only returns phone calls after repeated voicemails; unanswered emails and messages on the client portal; and takes weeks to complete requests. Of the many professions you would want constant and open communication, your CPA is one of them. We do not recommend MAB consulting.
