I purchased a bag here a couple years back and had no problems with the shop owner. I found the bag I liked, asked her to retrieve it for me and paid. She has a beautiful store with a wonderful selection of leather handbags.

Deborah is so talented, extremely helpful and also hilarious. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to her shop, and left with gorgeous handbags, sashes, and memories. Thanks for contributing to our very happy girls weekend!

This wonderful store is a regular stop any time I am in Pinehurst. The owner is a delight, and she has the most beautiful Italian handbags, scarves and jewelry. I am a regular customer due to the friendly service and the high-quality handbags. I not only own several handbags, but I've purchased several bag scarves and quite a few pieces of her beautiful jewelry. Highly recommend this shop. Worth making the trip to Pinehurst just for this shop.

Some times it just works out. You and your business are a pos. I conclude that you must be Cruella Deville. Totally high maintenance and inappropriately entitled. You must have just fallen off of a turnip truck. A hole.

Have enjoyed thoroughly shopping for my wife and family members in this great addition to the Pinehurst business community. During this awful pandemic, the owner accommodated my request to shop by mail, emailing images of several handbags for possible purchase. The purchased bag was delivered speedily and much appreciated as a surprise. Shop in this store or communicate via email, you won’t be disappointed. Hugh Dempsey, Washington, DC

When we walked in we did not know what to expect and upon entering we received such a warm welcome and courtesy as to what we were searching for. She left us alone and allowed us to look around and when we were very interested in an item she immediately began to educate us on the design process and different ways to use or wear each item. The items are one of a kind originals and most are designed by the owner herself in an array of colors. If you are looking for something unique that you won't see on every person, for yourself or a gift then this is the place for you!

I have never been to a store where someone was so rude! I just can’t get over how unnecessarily nasty the sales lady was being. She has no business in customer service!

Horrible customer service. We were visiting Pinehurst for the weekend. Had picked out a wallet and handbag I wanted to purchase. Saw a cute pillow I thought a friend might like, went to take a picture to ask if they wanted the pillow, was rudely jumped on for taking the picture. She stated if you are over there taking pictures, they are not allowed, I do not allow pictures in this store! This was in a very rude tone. It would have been different if she came over and nicely stated she prefers pictures aren't taken of her merchandise. I also glanced around and did not see a sign posted that said no pictures. It's all about how you treat the customer. I put all my stuff back and decided not to purchase anything. I also want to point out that the pillow I took a picture of is on her website, so if she was worried someone was going to take a picture of her item and make a copy of it, it's already out there for the world to see.

LOVE this store!!! Beautifully designed, one-of-a-kind leather handbags - all at affordable prices. Same goes for the small but refined selection of jewelry, wonderful scarves and other little unique knick knacks. I found the store owner to be very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about her product; had a great experience!

I was walking through the village and saw this store. A friend and I decided to stop in. Immediately upon walking in, the shop employee snapped at us and said "you must not have read the sign." No greeting of hi welcome or anything. She then proceeded to tell us all the items not allowed in the store.....drinks, food, strollers, children, pets, etc. The sign on the door was so tiny there's no way any normal person would see that without knowing to look for it. I don't appreciate rudeness so we just left. The store is mainly comprised of purses and wallets. The purses have beautiful colors, however they look exactly like the items you'd find the street vendors in Italy selling. I wouldn't exactly consider these pieces designer. The store itself has no ADA access. So if you have a wheel chair or something that requires a ramp, you're out of luck here. I would avoid this store if possible. There's other cute little shops in the area where they are actually very kind and welcoming
