I'm not sure if this place is open anymore. Went today, and there was a sign that said they were closed due to an emergency, and they will be back on Feb 9th... that was almost 2 months ago.

Because of an insurance claim filed to replace lost family heirlooms, I worked with Heavenly Pines. I was initially pleased with the small town intimate setting. However, the extremely limited business hours combined with the consistent closures on Saturday made it difficult to complete the project. Communication was lacking. The necklace was never able to be worn as the catch broke before the first wearing. No response received to my request to fix it. I would not recommend.

Got a prong replaced on my wife’s ring here. Took over two weeks longer than they said, and the prongs ended up not matching the rest of the ring, dulling a few stones in the halo. Had to get the work redone at another shop.
