Pharmacy staff rude and unprofessional. Adrian the pharmacy manager seems unhinged and will lord your prescriptions over you and will make up new rules as she pleases. Cannot keep staff-must be due to aforementioned pharmacy manager and her inflated ego and nasty behavior. Wish Eric was still there-he was the best! Definitely gone down hill since his departure. Love Harris Teeter for everything except the uncouthness from some in the pharmacy.

Prescriptions called in at. 10 am are still not ready 24 hrs later. Called to see if it was filled. They tell me one hour. I arrive 2 hrs later and they are still not ready

Constant staff churn. Questionable employee competence in most cases. If you call the pharmacy five times, you will probably get five different people and five different answers. Unholy triad of insurance company, physician(s), and THIS pharmacy ensures frustrating and unsatisfying experience although I will point out that that pharmacy is almost always the worst offender. Pharmacy is incapable of handling the simplest of non-standard situations. I am done with Pinehurst Harris Teeter Pharmacy and more than likely all Harris Teeter Pharmacies.

While the pharmacists seem very capable, the techs are the absolute worst! Rude, condescending, and on more than a few occasions, I have had to get the pharmacists to fix my bill as I have been improperly charged! What a shame.....Definitely moving to a pharmacy that cares about it's patients.

The waiting is excruciating!!!! The techs are rude and act like we should feel lucky to get their service. They are JUST AS BAD as Walmart pharmacy!!!! Pathetic!

I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy! They are not timely in any means. I have one prescription, synthroid. It is a very commonly prescribed medication. I submitted a refill request on Sunday and was told they needed to contact the provider for a refill as I was out of refills. Received a message from Harris teeter that my prescription would be ready on Wednesday. The pharmacy calls me at 4:45 on Wednesday (my dr. Office is now closed) asking me for the contact info for the provider. Tell me my prescription will be ready on Tuesday (today is Wednesday). I am out of pills and they had no solution to the matter.

Shopping is more than buying groceries at this store. It is an amazing adventure! The quality and variety in fresh fruit, vegetables, deli, meat department and other departments are exceptional. The coffee shop and other specialty departments are a plus. Loved shopping there!

The food items are diverse and of high quality and the prices are very high. Their deli sandwiches are superb and reasonably priced. We only shop there for items like bread and meat and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Walgreens will help the elderly by getting items from the store for the drive through if you call ahead to protect them from covid exposure- Harris Teeter will not. Food Lion delivery is available on the same day- Harris Teeter can take up to a week - very poor service for the community of many elderly people who support your store - you should be doing more to serve them at this time and reduce their exposure to others. Shame on you Harris Teeter- I will be shopping at other stores even after this crisis now.

If anyone is skeptical about ordering a complete dinner from HT, they're off-base. This past Thanksgiving we ordered the turkey dinner and it was better than any we've home-prepared in years. It arrives completely cooked but refrigerated and requires only reheating - 90 minutes for the turkey and 30 minutes for the sides. The 13 pound turkey was outstanding; moist, beautifully browned and seasoned with rosemary and other herbs that blended beautifully. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes better than any we've made or ordered before, green beans with candied pecans, carrot souffle, sourdough cranberry stuffing, cranberry relish, and turkey gravy. Incredible and excellent.

This is a very nice grocery store, with lots of food options if you don’t like to cook. My only complaint is that the store layout can be somewhat confusing the first time you go.

Great sandwich....................actually a grinder. Made to order fresh on the spot. Friendly staff, clean store. Plenty of parking. Well lit parking lot.

I can't imagine any other store to get groceries. They have everything! the staff is amazing. The wonderful guy in the wine department is always so helpful. He helped us order beer that we thought was discontinued. We love it and him!! I spend too much there only because I want it all!! Ha. The sales are amazing also! Love this store!!
