Loved this bookstore! Found lots of treasures! I enjoyed the great deals they offered and was able to work on my laptop at one of their tables while grabbing a tea at the coffee shop connected to it. The environment and area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

We just moved into town last month and my wife wanted to check out all the bookstores around. I wanted to check out about of the local coffee shops so this place checked both boxes at the same time. Unfortunately we came too late for books and coffee but stumbled onto nighttime line dancing classes!
Terry and Michelle greeted us at the door and welcomed us to the neighborhood so warmly, it really felt like we were home. I’m coming off an injury so we couldn’t jump in the dance but we will absolutely be coming back to start and to start supporting Given Tufts efforts in supporting the library. Truly and incredible vibe and mission and we can’t wait to become regulars!

This is a lovely used bookstore sharing space with The Roast Office. Very good prices, staff is helpful and kind, and selection is great in my opinion. Having a coffee and browsing makes for a perfect weekend morning. Also, they do a wonderful job with their displays, particularly during the holidays! Love this place.

Great place to donate used books. And, an awesome place to look for used books at a great price. And …. They are filed by subject and then author. There are always books on sale, too.
Tables and chairs, couches and lots of seating to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee from the coffee shop. Great place to meet a friend for a morning chat.

Stumbled upon this rare bookshop while exploring Pinehurst. It appears to be a converted post office.
The bookshop is part of a Nonprofit organization, all of the proceeds go to the local library.
Everything in here is 100% donated.
Employees are volunteers with the exception of the lovely manager, Jessica.
There is a coffee shop called The Roast Office housed in the same building. They were about to close but they also have some food. It’s worth checking out.
I highly recommend Given Tufts Bookshop!

Love this quaint little bookstore! The coffee is delicious, there is a great selection of books, the volunteers are extremely helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the prices cannot be beat! It's also a great place to donate books :)

I visited with my best friends and had a great experience. I had been in before solely for the coffee shop, but just now had I looked through the books. I had a quest to fill out a new bookshelf in my home with cookbooks.I had a coffee in one hand and several large books in the other. The lady at the front counter was super kind and kept the books I pulled up front for me so I could keep looking. I bought 6 in excellent condition. I had a Jason, History of Art book that is extremely expensive new. It was just $8. I spent $36 in total for mostly large hardbacks. Can't beat that. Thank you, I'll be back!

Given Tufts Bookshop is my “ must visit” destination whenever I visit Pinehurst. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. There’s a nice non fiction “ vault” where you can find a selection of titles you’ll love, at very affordable prices. 5 stars for Given. See you soon!
